Thank You for joining us at our Rally and deciding to camp with us. Find below the details you will need to book your camping pitch. Please fill in the Booking Form & read the Terms & Conditions fully before signing.
We Strongly Recommend Pre-Booking Camping To Guarantee Your Pitch.
Pricing
Advanced Camping – £75.00 includes entrance for 2 adults & children under 16.
On the Weekend Arrivals – £95.00 (cash only) includes entrance for 2 adults & children under 16.
Advanced Bookings close on Wednesday 24th June 2026, forms must be RECEIVED no later than this date.
If there are more than 2 adults in your camping party, extra weekend wristbands must be purchased at the discounted rate of £20.00 each.

No Refunds are available unless the Rally is Cancelled.
Arrival Times
Friday – Between 1pm & 9pm.
Saturday – Between 7am & 11am.
All Campers Booked or Not must arrive NO later than 11am on the Saturday.
General Information
We DO NOT post passes and wristbands out, you will collect them when you arrive on the weekend.
The Steam Rally & Camping are now on the same site, make sure you follow the ‘WEEKEND CAMPING’ or ‘NON BOOKED CARAVANS’ signs for the correct entrance. Any questions for Camping, Call 07775 854300. Only Camping Enquiries on this number please. If no answer please leave a voicemail and your call will be returned as soon as is possible.
Terms & Conditions
- PITCHING: All caravans are to be sited as instructed by the caravan stewards with a distance of 6 metres from the adjacent unit. Caravan ‘A’ frames must be directed towards the roadway. Adjacent pitches may be reserved for friends joining you, but you must advise the Stewards on your arrival. Owners of larger caravans may be pitched in a different area due to space requirements. Campers with Tents will be located separately to the caravans. Roadways & Fire Break Spaces must be kept clear at all times. Bouncy Castles and similar play items are not allowed.
- AWNINGS: No charge is made for awnings or gazebos but you must advise us of their use on the booking form so space is allocated appropriately.
- DOGS: All dogs must be kept on a short lead at ALL times for safety and to comply with local by-laws, anyone refusing to comply will be asked to leave the site. Do not leave animals unattended and make sure they do not cause a nuisance to other campers. Any fouling of the camp or show site must be cleaned up immediately and disposed of appropriately.
- WATER: Fresh drinking water is available from stand pipes situated around the camping field. Please ensure all taps are turned off after use. Do not allow children to play with the taps.
- SANITATION: Clearly identified tanks are provided for the disposal of Elsan Waste & Grey Waste water. No other waste must be put in these tanks. Toilet units are situated on the site and should be left clean and tidy at all times.
- WASTE: A waste skip is provided for general rubbish and items must be in bin bags. Please take any recyclable waste home with you as there are no Recycling Bins on site.
- BARBECUES: Open barbecues may be used but must be placed on a suitably fire proof stand and not directly on to the grass. Please take extra care with Barbecues. Open fires or fire pits are forbidden. In some cases it may be necessary to ban barbecues, you must stick to this request, failure to do so will result in you being asked to leave the site.
- GENERATORS: Please make sure the Stewards know you want to use a generator as they can only be used in certain areas. Generators can only be run between 10am & 7pm. All safety precautions must be taken with regard to their proper connection. Fuel must only be stored in approved & marked containers. Exhausts must be faced away from other campers and in to open air.
- VEHICLES ON SITE: A speed limit of 5mph exists on the site and must be adhered to. No mini motorcycles or children’s motorised vehicles allowed on site.
- GENERAL INFORMATION: Whilst Elvaston Steam Rally will take all reasonable precautions to ensure the health & safety of all guests, no responsibility can be taken for any injuries or damage caused by whatever reason. Elvaston Steam Rally reserves the right to refuse entry to any persons without reason or refund. Elvaston Steam Rally will endeavour to ensure all published events operate but accept no liability for any events that fail to operate. Payment of fees constitutes your agreement to abide by the rules as stated. This event is operated under the guidelines of the NTET Code of Practice and is promoted by Elvaston Steam Rally, Box ESR, 3 The Chase, Kilburn, Belper, Derbyshire, DE56 0PL.
- EMERGENCY SITUATIONS: You MUST NOT block the spaces between pitches. These gaps are to be left clear in case of emergency and could be needed for Fire Engines, Ambulances etc so please do not block these. It is also essential that the Booking Form is filled in correctly as these details may be needed in an emergency.
FIRE: In the case of discovering a fire, evacuate the area and, if safe to do so, attempt to extinguish the fire. Inform site security and/or site steward immediately. Do Not access the site until the fire officer gives permission to do so.
- MEDICAL: In the event of a medical incident or emergency, 24hr First Aid is available by contacting the First Aid centre located on the show ground or by visiting site security or the event stewards.
- DRONES: The flying of drones is strictly prohibited on or around any of the car park, camping site & show ground.
